Who we are

OLP Robotics is a unique and dynamic robotic integrator specialising in industrial automation.  As authorised re-sellers of the RobotWorks and Robotmaster offline programming software packages, we are well-equipped to provide sales and technical support, as well as robot programming services to companies in the Asia Pacific region. OLPR also engage with our clients to deliver engineering consultation and project management services for turn-key factory automation projects, guiding our customers from concept through to commissioning of specialised automation systems designed for integration into their current manufacturing or repair process. Our flexible and customised approach sets us apart, as we are committed to delivering the best solution to suit our clients needs, no matter what.

​Founded in 2013, OLP Robotics is based in Perth, Western Australia.

Our Team

Russ Melville
Director

Russ has a very strong technical background, with extensive industry experience in processes such as welding, thermal spray and gas turbine repair. He has worked closely with industrial robots in a variety of applications and has an innate understanding of process requirements and the robot programming functionality required to meet certain criteria and quality standards. With a highly driven attitude, Russ has seen success in small business as well as a high achieving career with a large corporate organisation.

Kingsley Dyson
Director

Throughout his career Kingsley has developed a wealth of experience in process design and automation, including experience in an R&D environment. He is particularly knowledgeable in the use of SolidWorks, a prolific 3D modelling software package, and previously worked as an Applications Engineer supporting this product. Stemming from his knowledge of SolidWorks, Kingsley is also a master of the RobotWorks add-on software package for robot path programming which OLP Robotics is the reseller of for the ANZ region.

Shaleesa Keye
Director

Shaleesa studied Mechanical Engineering at the University of Western Australia. After graduating she joined GE Oil & Gas where she gained broad technical and process experience through opportunities to take on challenging roles and projects with increasing responsibility. As a turbomachinery repair engineer, Shaleesa was introduced to robotic processes and programming, and quickly absorbed the knowledge and skills required to produce programs for coating cells around the world.
