In-house 3D design and simulation capabilities mean that OLP Robotics are able to provide powerful proof-of-concept simulations and validations. Our goal is to be recognised as a complete solution provider enabling our customers to achieve successful robot implementations and boosting Australia's manufacturing capability.

Russ Melville
Director

Russ has a very strong technical background, with extensive industry experience in processes such as welding, thermal spray and gas turbine repair. He has worked closely with industrial robots in a variety of applications and has an innate understanding of process requirements and the robot programming functionality required to meet certain criteria and quality standards. With a highly driven attitude, Russ has seen success in small business as well as a high achieving career with a large corporate organisation.

Shaleesa Keye
Director

Shaleesa studied Mechanical Engineering at the University of Western Australia. After graduating she joined GE Oil & Gas where she gained broad technical and process experience through opportunities to take on challenging roles and projects with increasing responsibility. As a turbomachinery repair engineer, Shaleesa was introduced to robotic processes and programming, and quickly absorbed the knowledge and skills required to produce programs for coating cells around the world. 

Our Goal

Most people know that they need to automate their business in order to gain a competitive advantage but find it too daunting to start. OLP Robotics is dedicated to working closely with local businesses to deliver affordable process automation solutions, enabling genuine productivity gains, exceptional quality and reliability, and total operator safety.
